Extract Cleaning UK arranges quotes for commercial kitchen extract cleaning. We are not the contractor. Any cleaning work is contracted directly between you and the independent contractor we introduce, on that contractor's terms, and the contractor carries the insurance and responsibility for the work and its documentation.
Quotes are prepared by the contractor from the information you give us and may be revised after a site survey. Nothing is booked until you confirm with the contractor.
You pay us nothing. The contractor pays us a referral percentage on completed work. This does not change the price you are quoted.
Contractors in the network agree to clean to the TR19 Grease specification and to issue a certificate and photographic report on completion. If a contractor falls short of that, tell us — we investigate every complaint and remove contractors who do not meet the standard.
We take reasonable care in vetting contractors and passing on your details accurately, but we are not liable for the contractor's work, delays or damage; your remedy for those is against the contractor and their insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our TR19 guides are general information, not legal or insurance advice. Check your policy wording and your fire risk assessment for what applies to your premises.
Tell us about your kitchen and where it is. We match you with a vetted local specialist and you get a clear, no-obligation quote — usually the same working day.
