About Extract Cleaning UK

Extract Cleaning UK grew out of three local sites in Wales — Cardiff, Swansea and Pembrokeshire — where we have arranged TR19 extract cleans for restaurants, pubs, hotels, takeaways and care homes since 2026. The pattern was the same everywhere: kitchen owners wanted someone to sort it out properly, and insurers and environmental health officers wanted evidence. We built the service around both.

What we do

We take the enquiry, match it to a contractor in our network who is local to the kitchen and vetted for insurance, TR19 method and reporting, and make sure the certificate and before-and-after photo report reach you on completion. We remind you when the next clean is due. We do not carry out cleaning ourselves and we do not hold trade accreditations — the contractors do, and we check them.

How contractors are vetted

• Public liability insurance in force, with the certificate on file
• Cleaning carried out to the TR19 Grease specification, with grease-depth readings before and after
• A sample report reviewed before the first job, and reports checked on every job after that
• References from commercial kitchens they already look after

Where we cover

England and Scotland through the network, city by city and town by town; Wales through our local sites. If we do not yet have a contractor near you, we say so — and we usually find one quickly, because the enquiry is what brings good contractors into the network.
