When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, the kitchen's postcode and town, and anything you tell us about the job. Contractor applications collect company details and coverage areas. The site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Quote requests are stored in our job-tracking system and passed to the single contractor assigned to your job so they can quote and carry out the work. We may contact you about the quote, the job, and when the next clean is due. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing emails to enquirers.
Processing is on the basis of the contract you are asking us to arrange, and our legitimate interest in following up your enquiry. Enquiry records are kept for as long as the kitchen is a customer and for six years after the last job for accounting purposes. Contractor applications that do not proceed are deleted after twelve months.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by emailing the address above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
